| Abstract: | Under the background of the implementation of quality-oriented education and push of educational modernization,this paper discusses the strategies of enhancing teachers＇ research awareness,eliminating research mystery,mastering methods of studying on teaching,improving teachers＇ capability of collecting,arranging,analyzing and using materials,with an aim to develop teachers＇ ability of writing thesis and carrying out research,and gradually transform first-line experienced teachers of vocational education school into researchers. |
