| 摘 要： | ＂工学结合＂是近年来我国职业教育在人才培养方面发展的必然趋势,＂工学结合＂教学改革使得职业教育在时间上、空间上、内涵上都发生了巨大的变化。中等职业学校有效实施＂工学结合＂教学必须构建适应＂工学结合＂教学的课程体系,建立＂双师型＂教师队伍,构建多元化的教学质量评价体系。

| Abstract: | Work-integrated learning is an inevitable trend for the personnel training method of China vocational school in recent years.It brings substantial changes to the vocational education on time,location,and contents.In order for Secondary vocational schools to effectively implement the Work-integrated learning,they have to establish the courses adapted to Work-integrated learning,set up the teacher team with work and teaching experiences;and create diverse teaching and learning quality evaluation system. |
