| 摘 要： | 中职学校的生源质量参差不齐,后进生也相对较多。教育后进生,使他们转变成为可用之才,是中职学校班主任工作的一项重要任务。需要分析这些学生成为后进生的主客观原因,对症下药,采取各种有效的措施和办法,经过反复的努力,结合多方面的配合与支持,才能成功地教育和转化他们。

| Abstract: | Students in vocational schools of varying quality,are relatively more backward students.Education backward students so that they have become the only available.it is the class teachers in vocational schools an important task.These students need to analyze the subjective and objective reasons to become less advanced,the right remedy,to take effective measures and methods,after repeated efforts,combined with a wide range of cooperation and support to successfully educate and transform them. |
