| 摘 要： | 大学新生在从中学生到大学生的角色转变过程中会碰到诸如目标失落、学习失序、人际失和、心理失衡等困难,从而造成对大学生活的不适应。高校应积极采取完善新生入学教育体系、开展职业生涯设计、加强心理辅导和帮扶等措施,政治上引导、学业上辅导、生活上指导、心理上疏导,全面做好大学新生的思想教育工作,帮助新生尽快适应大学生活。

| Abstract: | The university freshmen will face some difficulties while changing from a middle school student to a college student,such as losing goals,learning disorder,bad interpersonal relationship and psychological unbalance,which make the college students hard to adapt to the university life.The collegeshould take some measures.For example,they can improve the freshmen education system,carry out some career design,strengthen psychological guide,and some other helps.Besides,the colleges can help students from the politics,studies,life and psychology.In that way,the freshmen will soon adapt themselves to the university life. |
