关于学生工作品牌的思考

摘    要:在高等教育大众化的时代背景下,高等教育的体制变革、高校学生主体的变化以及社会对人才素质的需求给高校学生工作带来了机遇,也提出了新的挑战。新情况与新问题都迫切要求我们把学生工作与高校的发展战略结合起来、将社会需求与学校自身发展结合起来、将整体利益与个体利益结合起来,转变学生工作观念,正确认识品牌的竞争力来源,探索新的工作机制,创新工作方式,建立良好的品牌发展战略,打造学生工作品牌。

Abstract:Under the background of popularizing the higher education,the higher education system reforms,the change of subject of students and the social demand of talent quality bring opportunity to the student work,which also bring challenge.Combining the student work with development strategy of universities is demanded urgently by new situation and question.Build the right developing strategy of the student work brand by combining the social demand with university development,combining the interests of the whole with personal interests,changing the conception of student work,correctly understanding the source of brand competitiveness and searching for new working mechanism and the innovative work pattern.
