| 摘 要： | 毕业论文是本科教育的核心环节之一。而科学管理是提高毕业论文质量的关键。本文针对本科毕业论文存在的质量问题,将PDCA方法应用于本科毕业论文质量提高管理中,面向论文指导教师从计划、执行、检查、行动等四个方面提出了一些对策。
