| 摘 要： | 在高等教育快速发展的新时期，建立教学质量监控体系，加强教育教学督导工作，对稳定和提高教学质量具有重要意义。要开展多途径的教学督导工作，必须制定一套适合学校实际的较为合理的教学效果评价方法体系，必须确立适用于督导组和学生的定性和定量相结合的指标体系，必须正确处理和协调教学督导诸要素之间的关系。

| Abstract: | This essay talks about the supervising system of teaching quality in the new era of rapid development of higher education. It is important and necessary to firm and raise teaching quality by strengthening teaching and supervising work. It summarizes the practical experience of teaching and supervising work , analyses the problems in the work, puts forward the suggestions to improve the work and carries out theoretical thinking about later work. |
