| Abstract: | Scientific approach to development is a new leap to CCP＇s ruling idea. Its practical foundation is the stage and requirements of our present social development. And its theoretical proofs are the sustained development of social development theory of Marxism which keeps pace with times. Scientific approach to development has absorbed great human civilization in broad view. So it is of great significance to explore it. |
