| 摘 要： | 受金融危机的影响，高校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻。大学生就业问题越来越成为社会关注的热点问题。文章探讨了目前我国大学生就业中的不和谐现象，剖析造成这些不和谐现象的主客观原因，并从政府、学校和大学生三个方面提出对策。

| Abstract: | Affected by the Financial Crisis,the employment situation of college students becomes more and more rigorous.The problem of employment of college students has increasingly become a hot issue of social concern.The article discusses the present disharmonious phenomena in college graduate employment,analyzes the subjective as well as objective causes of the phenomena,and puts forward countermeasures from such aspects as the government,colleges and the college students. |
