| 摘 要： | 探讨了企业生命周期与创业战略导向之间的中介因素——两职合一。通过对创业板281家上市公司的实证检验,结果发现:企业生命周期与创业战略导向呈显著负相关;企业生命周期与两职合一呈显著负相关;两职合一在企业生命周期与创业战略导向之间起到中介作用;在稳定的产业环境下,两职合一的中介作用更为显著。

Study on the Impact of Corporate Life Cycle and Chair-CEO Duality on Entrepreneurial Strategy Orientation |

| Abstract: | This paper explores the mediating factors of corporate life cycle and entrepreneurial strategy orientation by empiri-cal analysis of the Chair-CEO duality based on the data of 281 listed companies on GEM. Results show that, firstly, corpo-rate life cycle and entrepreneurial strategic orientation is negatively correlated. Secondly, corporate life cycle and Chair-CEO duality is negatively correlated, and the Chair-CEO duality plays an intermediary role. In stable industrial environ-ment, the intermediary role is more significant. |
