| 摘 要： | 从组织学习视角出发,构建了IOS探索性应用、协同知识创造以及供应链柔性的关系模型,并考察了市场不确定性的调节作用。采用PLS方法进行假设检验,结果显示:IOS探索性应用对供应链柔性有显著的正向影响,并且协同知识创造在其中起着部分中介作用;在市场不确定性越大的外部环境下,信息系统的探索性应用越能影响企业的协同知识创造;同时在市场不确定性越大的环境下,企业的协同知识创造对供应链柔性的影响就越强。

IOS-enabled Collaborative Knowledge Creation and Supply Chain Flexibility---The Moderate Role of Market Uncertainty |

| Abstract: | Based on organizational learning theory,this paper explores the relationships of IOS use for exploration,collabo-rative knowledge creation and supply chain flexibility by PLS method,and examines market uncertainty as a moderator in this relationships. The results indicate that,IOS use for exploration has a positive effect on supply chain flexibility and col-laborative knowledge creation plays a partial mediated role between them. Market uncertainty moderates the relationship be-tween IOS use for exploration and collaborative knowledge creation,and between collaborative knowledge creation and sup-ply chain flexibility. |
