| 摘 要： | 对2014年264家上市公司的企业"漂绿"现象进行实证分析。结果表明:地方国企比央企更有"漂绿"的可能;绩效差的民企比绩效好的民企更可能"漂绿";民企和国企的"漂绿"没有太大的差别。

The Difference of Corporate Greenwashing and the Improvement of Environmental Institution |

| Abstract: | This paper makes an empirical study on corporate greenwashing of 264 companies. The result showes that,local state-owned enterprises is more possible than central state-owned enterprises in the choice of greenwashing. When company's performance gets more worse,it is more possible for the company to choose greenwashing. There is no large difference be-tween private enterprise and state-owned enterprise. |
