| 摘 要： | 将人力资本划分为初级、高级人力资本,运用空间计量方法,分析其在各省域间的空间相关性和空间聚集类型,进而分析其收敛性。结果表明:初级、高级人力资本全局空间相关性呈现相反的变化趋势,且它们的空间聚集区域和类型存在差异;初级人力资本在省域间表现为发散,高级人力资本存在收敛性,说明高级人力资本在省域间的差距不断减小,而初级人力资本水平在发达地区的变化速度高于其他地区,其地区间的差距没有明显缩小。

The Convergence of Different Human Capital in China |

| Abstract: | This paper divides human capital into primary, advanced human capital according to educated level, combining with spatial econometrics methods. And then, it analyzes spatial correlation and spatial clustering type of above human cap-ital, and then studies the convergence of above human capital. Results show that the primary and advanced human capital have opposite tendency about global spatial correlation, the clustering types and areas of them are different;also, there is no convergence in primary human capital while advanced one has convergence, it shows that the regional difference of primary human capital is not decreased significantly, but the another’s gap is getting small. |
