| 摘 要： | 目前国内外关于组织网络的研究大多从静态的视角研究网络内容、网络结构对组织绩效的作用.对组织网络的动态研究,如组织网络如何产生、发展、维持和消亡等很少关注。通过梳理相关文献:(1)强调了动态组织网络的研究价值;(2)重点介绍了动态组织网络研究的基本范式和框架;(3)梳理了现有动态组织网络研究的进展、趋势以及不足,为以后的研究提供一些思路。

The Review on Dynamic Organizational Networks Researches |

| Abstract: | Current researches on organizational networks mostly focus on the static aspect,analyzing the role of network structures and network contents in enterprise innovation. Little attention has been drawn to the study of the dynamic organi-zational networks,such as the generation and development of the organizational networks,the maintenance and the die of the organizational networks,etc. Based on reviewing existing literatures of the dynamic organizational networks,this paper finds that:(1)emphasized the importance of dynamic organizational networks research;(2)mainly introduced the basic para-digm of dynamic network research;(3)pointed out the progresses,trends and limitations of the existing studies. And it provides prospective ideas for future research. |
