| 摘 要： | 引入子网络概念进一步划分项目群结构。将同一个承包商所承担的项目构成一个子网络,据此构建项目群子网络。分析了奖励机理,指出合同项目提前会对自身工期、所处子网络工期、紧后和后续子网络开工时间以及项目群工期等产生影响。分别讨论了在关键路径以及非关键路径上子网络内合同项目工期提前和子网络间工期提前奖励情况,并据此构建了项目群工期提前奖励模型。

Reward Model for Construction Period in Advance Based on the Sub-network from the Perspective of Large and Medium Program |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of sub-network, with projects undertaken by the same contractor constituting a sub-network, and then establishes the program sub-network.It analyzes reward mechanism , points out that construction pe-riod in advance will have impact on their own schedule , sub-network schedule they lie , start time of back closely sub-net-work and succeeding sub-networks and program schedule .All of the above jointly determine the amount of the contract re-ward.At the same time, it discusses the reward situation of contract project ahead of schedule within the sub -network and construction period in advance between sub-networks when the project is on critical paths and non critical paths .Based on these, it establishes the reward model for program construction period in advance . |
