摘 要: | 将工业技术进步依据来源细分为自主创新与技术引进(包含技术消化吸收),并将二者纳入STIRPAT模型中的空间面板模型,分别研究两者对地区碳强度的直接影响与间接影响。结果发现:自主创新与技术引进均有利于减少全国的碳强度;相对于技术引进,自主创新更能减少区域碳强度;东部地区加强自主创新,中西部地区加强引进技术的吸收能力,才能更好地发挥技术进步的节能减排作用。

Impacts of Industrial Technological Advancement on Regional Carbon Intensity---A Spatial Econometric Research |

Abstract: | This paper analyzes the direct impacts and indirect impacts of technological advancement , which are divided into two parts of domestic independent innovation and technology import , on regional carbon intensity based on the spatial panel model adjusted from STIRPAT model .Results show that , R&D expense input and technical absorption can significantly de-crease the regional carbon intensity , compared to technology import , independent innovation is more able to reduce the re-gional carbon intensity .In order to maximize the influence of technological advancement on energy saving and emission re -duction, R&D expense input is encouraged for eastern region and technological absorption inputs are required in central and western regions . |
