| 摘 要： | 从开放式创新视角讨论了二次创新对创新绩效的影响。基于一个两阶段模型,阐述了内向型与外向型、二次创新对创新绩效的作用机制。以高新技术企业为样本进行了分析,结果发现内向型企业更倾向于选择二次创新;二次创新负向调节内向型与创新绩效之间的关系,正向调节外向型与创新绩效之间的关系。

Study on the Relationship between Secondary Innovation and Innovation Performance from the Open Innovation Perspective |

| Abstract: | From the perspective of open innovation, this paper investigated effects of Secondary Innovation on innovation per-formance. Based on the two stages model, it examined the mechanism of inbound and outbound, Secondary Innovation on innovation performance. Taking high-tech firms as the sample, results found that the inbound firms were more likely to choose Secondary Innovation. The Secondary Innovation negatively moderated the relationship between the inbound model and its performance and positively moderated the relationship between outbound model and its performance. |
