| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育大幅度扩招以来,急剧快速发展使得高等教育规模超出了我国高等教育生态系统承载力范围而破坏了系统原有的生态平衡,在宏观上出现了高等教育事业的快速发展与教育经费投入不足的失衡、规模扩张与教育质量的失衡、东西部高等教育生态区域发展失衡和高等教育发展结构性失衡等问题,本文以生态学的视角分析这四个失衡问题,并提出以生态观来引领大众化阶段我国高等教育系统的内涵式发展、走可持续发展之路的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Higher education of China has been mass higher education in the world since 1999 by developed rapidly in recent ten years.But the rapid development of higher education damaged the ecological balance of the original system,because that the scope of the higher education was out of the capacity of the higher education ecosystem.Therefore,on the macro level,there are four imbalance of the higher education ecosystem,such as the imbalance between the rapid development of higher education and the shortage of education funding,the imbalance between the expansion of higher educational scale and the quality of education,the imbalance of the development of higher education ecological region between the eastern of China and the western of China,and the structural imbalances of the development of higher education.After analyzing the four imbalances on the view of ecology,the countermeasures which were taking ecological viewpoint to lead the connotative development of mass higher education of China and taking the road of sustainable development were proposed in the last of the paper. |
