| 摘 要： | 民事再审程序是纠正法院生效裁判的重要程序，此程序由谁来启动至关重要。我国目前再审程序的启动制度存在若干问题，亟需完善。本文从民事再审启动机制的现状入手，着重分析了现行再审启动机制的弊端，提出了完善我国民事再审启动机制的建议，即取消法院依职权发动再审的程序，完善检察机关的抗诉监督，建立以当事人为中心的再审之诉，构建相互协调的再审启动机制。
