| 摘 要： | 萨科齐作为法兰西共和国第23位总统和第五共和国的第6任总统,其对华政策、对华态度从上台伊始就处在摇摆震荡之中,尤其是他在相关＂涉藏＂问题上的立场更使得中法关系急转直下,萨科齐对华政策调整的动因来源于法对华外交定位改变、＂价值观外交＂推行、个人＂投机＂心态及中国迅速崛起四方面的因素,中法两国目前的种种＂不愉快＂,将使得中法关系在今后一段时间内处在冲突与合作并存的深入调整与重新定位中。

| Abstract: | As the 6th president of the 5th Republic in France and the 23rd president in the Republic of France,Nicolas Sarcozy vacillated his policies and attitude towards P.R. China,and his standpoint on the so-called issue of Tibet has deteriorated the relation between France and P. R. China. The adjustment is mainly caused by the change of Chinese position in France＇s foreign strategy,the implementation of the value diplomacy,Sarcozy＇s mind of opportunism,and the rapid rise of China as a great power. These unpleasant states between China and France will bring about some profound modifications and relocations in the Sino-France relationship of cooperations and conflicts in years to come. |
