| 摘 要： | 科学发展观与思想政治教育有着共同的文化本质，以人为本是其共同的价值核心，社会主义核心价值体系是其共同的价值指向。这一共同的文化本质决定了高校思想政治教育价值实现合理定位在于大学生“独立人格”的塑造，价值实现的基础在于坚持政治性与文化渗透性的统一。

| Abstract: | There exists common essence between scientific outlook on development and college ideological and political education. People oriented is their common core of value, while the core value system of socialism is their common value orientation. This common culture essence has determined the reasonable value realization orientation of the college ideological and political education that can shape college students＇ inde-pendent personality. Besides, the base of value realization lies in sticking to the unity of political and cultural permeability. |
