| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了中国移动彩信增值服务以及MM7彩信协议,并运用MM7接口完成了中国移动增值服务应用程序(VASP)的设计与实现,实现VASP与彩信服务中心(MMSC)相互通讯的目标,搭建了一个彩信新闻投稿平台,作为移动增值服务开发的实例应用。
