小学语文个性化阅读教学探讨

摘    要:个性化阅读教学已成为新课程改革背景下的热门话题,有关个性化阅读教学的策略探究层出不穷。为此,我们要对教师与学生的角色进行定位,坚持"以人为本"的教学理念,构建开放活跃的课堂教学格局;把个性化阅读教学的起点放在课内,尊重学生的阅读感受,让学生在个性化阅读中得到独特体验;提倡教师做学习型教师,为学生个性化阅读教学提供保障,以求达到最终育人的功效。

Abstract:The teaching of personality reading has become a popular topic in the background of the new curriculum reform.There are many different strategies and discusses on the personalized reading teaching methods.Under this situation,we have to locate the role of the teachers and students.Adhere to the people-oriented teaching idea,we would build an open and active teaching pattern in our classroom,start personality reading teaching in class and respect to how the students feel about the personality reading,so that students will get unique experience of personalized reading.It can encourage our teachers become continuous learning teachers,to guarantee our students can learn from our personality reading in order to achieve our goal of educating people.
