| Abstract: | Legal Interpretation is an activity which is parallel with the legal application. The aim of it is to resolve the differences between the generalization of law and the individuality of a case. This essay tries to discuss what is legal interpretation. Meanwhile,this essay also tries to tell the necessities of legal interpretation,and the possibilities of it. By this way,we can have an understanding about legal interpretation. |
