| 摘 要： | 根据泸州市体育场馆普查数据,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法和归纳比较法对泸州市网球场馆进行调查研究。结果显示:泸州市网球场馆的资源配置不均,部分场馆利用率不高,管理者经营管理观念落后、缺乏营销意识;从发展眼光来看,应充分开拓泸州网球市场,对泸州市网球场馆实行社会化经营,提高管理者的管理水平和消费者积极参与网球运动的意识。

| Abstract: | By means of literature consultation, questionnaire, interviewing, inductive comparison the paper makes a survey on the tennis courts in Luzhou. The results show disproportional disposition of the resource allocation of the courts, low coefficient utilization, outmoded management concept and a lack of marketing awareness.
