| 摘 要： | 金朝建国初期,城市商业并不发达,其后在灭亡辽、北宋的过程中得到大量辽宋钱币,才由原来的"以物易物"转变为货币经济。金代典质业在满足普通百姓生产、生活需求的同时,也增加了朝廷的财政税收,进而促进了金代社会经济的发展。典质业在汉代就已经开始萌芽,后发展到金代时,出现了"流泉务"这一独具其时代特点的典质机构。唐代至金代典质业的法定利率,其变化基本上呈现下降之趋势。

| Abstract: | In the early days of the founding of Jin Dynasty,urban commerce was undeveloped,and then a large number of coins of Liao and Song’s coins were obtained in the process of perishing Liao and Northern Song Dynasty,which changed from the original barter to monetary economy.The pledge industry of Jin Dynasty not only meets the production and living needs of ordinary people,but also increases the government’s financial revenue and promotes the social and economic development of Jin Dynasty.In the Han Dynasty,pawnbroking began to sprout.When it developed to the Jin Dynasty,Liuquan business,which was a unique agency of the times,appeared.By comparing and analyzing the legal interest rate of pawnbroking from Tang Dynasty to Jin Dynasty,the author finds that the change of interest rate of pawnbroking basically shows a downward trend. |
