摘    要:长期在商业组织中成功运用的市场营销法则已被图书馆的经营管理所认同。文章以4Rs营销理论为指导,提出了大学图书馆如何利用新的web2.0网络环境开展营销实践的思路。

Abstract:Marketing which for the years has been used successfully by business organizations has now been considered equally related to the management of library organizations. As the guide of 4Rs marketing theory, this paper offered some ideas on how the academic libraries to use the new Web2.0 network environment to carry out the marketing practice.
