| 摘 要： | “江苏沿海地区发展规划”和“长江三角洲地区区域规划”这两大国家战略为南通推进沿海大开发创造了极为有利的政策条件。南通沿海产业空间布局的优化将促进区域资源要素整合，使资源得到更充分合理的利用，有利于构建支柱型产业集群和具有竞争力的产业区域板块，有利于更好推进南通沿海产业转型升级。南通沿海现代农业、先进制造业和现代服务业在空间上的合理布局有利于促进经济增长方式转变，实现南通沿海开发全省领先。

| Abstract: | The two national strategies, ＂Jiangsu coastal development plan＂ and ＂regional plan of Yangtze River Delta＂ have both gained Nantong extremely favorable policy conditions to promote its coastal develop- ment. The optimization of Nantong coastal industrial space layout will promote the integration of regional re- sources and make full use of them, which is conducive to building pillar industry clusters and competitive re- gional industrial plate, and to better promote the Nantong coastal industrial transformation and upgrading. The rational space layout of Nantong coastal modern agricultural, advanced manufacturing industry and modern tertiary industry will promote the transformation of economic growth pattern, making Nantong a pioneering city in Jiangsu coastal development. |
