| 摘 要： | 行政监察因其专业性和权威性在内部监督体系中发挥着独特功效,包括我国在内的许多国家都非常重视它的建设和发展,其中瑞典议会监察专员、新加坡贪污调查局和香港廉政公署在反贪方面取得了较为突显的成效.行政监察在新时期我国的行政改革工作中占据特殊地位,文章通过研究上述国家和地区的成功经验以此健全和完善我国的行政监督制度,提高监察机关廉政效能监察的水平和能力.

| Abstract: | Administrative supervision for its professional and authoritative in internal supervision system undoubtedly play a unique effect, many countries including our country attaches great importance to the construction and development of it, the Swedish parliamentary om- budsman system, Corruption Practices Investigation Bureau in Singapore （CPIB） and Hong Kong＇ s Independent Commission Against Cor- ruption （ICAC） in anti - corruption has achieved obvious results. Of administrative supervision system in China has an important role in the new era of anti - corruption work, draw lessons from the successful experience of relevant countries and regions to improve and perfect our administration supervision system, help to improve the level of integrity and efficiency supervisory organs and ability. |
