汉传佛教僧团的管理智慧刍议

摘    要:汉传佛教僧团作为一个善于管理的宗教组织,在长期的发展过程中积累了诸多融古通今的管理智慧,其主要内容可以归纳为“同体共生”的管理理念、“以心为本”的管理模式、“以戒为师”的管理制度,“六和敬”的管理原则以及“弘法利生”的价值诉求等.其中,“同体共生”的管理理念贯穿在汉传佛教僧团管理发展的始终,“以心为本”的管理模式彰显了佛教强调修心的管理特色,“以戒为师”的制度保障是汉传佛教僧团管理的前提,“六和敬”的管理原则是汉传佛教僧团管理的关键,“弘法利生”的价值目标是汉传佛教僧团组织管理的灵魂,这五个部分的有效结合是中国传统文化的管理智慧在汉传佛教僧团管理中的生动体现,对当代管理思想的研究和发展具有重要的借鉴价值和意义.

The Brief Discussion on the Management Performances of Chinese Sangha

Abstract:As a well - managed religious organization, Chinese sangha has created many management concepts that can be applied in the various period of time. It uses the mutual respect and cooperation as the managerial notion, constructs people - oriented management model, sets up strict disciplines, employs the Six Perfections as its managerial principle and promotes Buddhist values to benefit the common people. In its long history,Chinese sangha has been keeping respect and cooperate with each other. Its people - oriented man- agement model reveals Buddhists' emphasis of personal quality, and the strict disciplines lay a solid foundation for its development. Following the Six Perfections as the key to its management, Chinese sangha aims to promote Buddhist values to benefit the common people. The effective combination of these five parts proves that Chinese sangha has taken advantage of traditional Chinese managerial studies to administer its members. Its invaluable experience is useful for contemporary management studies.
