| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of enhancing P.E. teachers' quality in colleges and universities from conducting quality-oriented education, analyses the basic qualities that P.E. teachers should have and puts forward several measures for enhancing P.E. teachers' quality, such as strengthening political education and training, intensifying the competitive mechanics. |
