| 摘 要： | 从现有生鲜农产品交易模式出发,结合嵌入式期权理论,提出生鲜农产品嵌入式期权交易模式,研究该模式的运行机理及特征并给出中国及日本两例实践案例,最后在此基础上提出了发展该模式的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the existing trading patterns of the fresh agricultural products,this paper proposes the transaction mode of fresh agricultural products based on theory of embedded options,whose running mechanism and characteristics are analyzed subsequently.With two real cases of the practical experience of China and Japan,the suggestions to promote the mode are present. |
