| 摘 要： | 将质量功能展开(QDF)方法应用到再制造产品的质量管理中,构建了面向再制造产品的质量屋。首先针对QFD方法存在的局限性分析了QFD和故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)的互补性,将再制造产品部件的故障风险优先数(RPN)反映到修正指数F中;然后运用模糊理论对顾客需求、顾客需求重要度以及顾客需求和再制造产品技术方案的关系进行模糊化处理,建立了QFD和FMEA的集成模型;对根据原始数据构建的QFD的质量屋进行改进,以消除传统的QFD的缺陷,使再制造产品的质量水平达到顾客的期望。最后,以航空发动机的曲轴连杆机构再制造过程的质量展开为例,验证了提出的集成模型。
