成长型企业研发创新项目绩效管理中的冲突及其化解

摘    要:将项目绩效管理过程中的绩效目标与激励、绩效评价与诊断、绩效纠偏与提高等各个环节作为管理节点,以成长型企业研发创新类项目为例,重点揭示项目绩效管理过程中冲突的内涵和特征,探究项目绩效管理过程中目标冲突、利益冲突和行为冲突的作用机理、主要影响及内在成因,研究提出运用TR IZ创新理论中的分割原理、物场模型和中介物原理化解三类冲突的对策。
