摘    要:服务是图书馆永恒的主题,是图书馆的核心价值观.近几年来,我国高校图书馆发展很迅速,但在服务质量方面仍有许多不尽如人意的地方.为了充分发挥高校图书馆为教学和科研服务的职能,提高服务质量,可以采取以下策略:努力提高馆员素质;遵循"读者第一"的指导方针;大力加强信息资源的开发;加大图书宣传的力度;经常开展丰富多彩的读者辅导活动;精心构建图书馆浓郁的文化氛围.参考文献4.

Abstract:Service is the eternal subject and core values of library. In recent years, Chinese academic libraries have made rapid progress, but there are still many problems in the service quality aspect. This paper gives the strategy to give full scope to the teaching and research of academic libraries and improve the service quality. 4 refs.
