| Abstract: | Along with the increasing influence of science and technology on society economy, the importance of qualified scientific and technological personnel have been paid widespread attention, and qualified scientific and technological personnel have been the important strategic resources scramble by each country and area. In this paper, the authors propose the basic principle of management of qualified scientific and technological personnel, and inquire into the main contents of scientific management of qualified scientific and technological personnel. |
