| 摘 要： | 青海电大通过"人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"项目研究和实践,基本形成了"天网+地网结合,三级平台互动"的远程教育模式,试点转入常态后,青海电大积极根据实际.加强内涵建设.本文从介绍青海电大网络建设与应用的基本情况出发,分析现状,指出现实建设中存在的问题,针对问题,提出加强青海电大网络应用服务建设,提高电大综合办学实力的建议.

| Abstract: | Through the Talent Cultivation Reform and Open Education pilot program, Qinghai TV University has formed a distance education mode with the integration of wired and wireless networks, and the interaction of three levels of platforms. When the pilot program became normal, Qinghai "IV University concentrates on the connotative construction. The article analyzes the basic situation of Qinghai TVU's construction and application of networks, points out some problems in the construction process and makes suggestions on how to improve network application service and enhance TVUs comprehensive strength in school running. |
