| Abstract: | Constructing a website means a lots for a library to be digitization or to develop a digital library. The process of constructing a website involves some legal issues about intelligent proprietary right and contract law. Researching on the involved issues, the article is intended to propose the measures preventing or resolving them, and to describe a generally outline of legal issues concerned about constructing a Website. |
