摘 要: | 教育宽容就是对教育及教育过程中的人与事给予一定限度的包容。它既包括对教育的宽容,也包括对教师的宽容和对学生的宽容。教育宽容有利于营造自由、民主的氛围,有利于学生创造性的发挥,有利于师生关系的改善。理解、尊重、欣赏和对话是实现教育宽容必不可少的策略。

Abstract: | The tolerance in education refers to the limited acceptance of people and events in the education and the educational process, including not only the tolerance of education, but that of teachers and students. The tolerance in education could help create democratic environment, give full play to students' creativity and better student-teacher relationship. To put the tolerance in education into practice, understanding, respect, appreciating, and communicating are the necessary strategies. |
