| Abstract: | Small and medium businesses are relatively developed in the Pearl River Delta region, but numerous problems bother them in their development. Great attention must be paid to these problems and responding coping strategies must be adopted to solve these problems. The further development of small and medium enterprises is one of the key factors in the modernization of the delta region ahead of other areas in China. |
