| 摘 要： | 教育公平是教育的伦理要求,当代政治哲学给出了许多有益的思考.功利主义认同教育效用或利益的最大化;自由主义则以保证个体的自由教育权利为公平;马克思主义政治哲学主张超越公平的教育公平,在社会生产关系矛盾中解决教育公平;社群主义政治哲学寻求基于共同体与善的目的之教育公平.每一种思考立足于不同的视角,在解决了一种教育不公平问题的同时又制造了另一种教育不公平.它们争论的焦点和分歧在于如何确定自我的教育应得,亦即如何自识的问题.对于教育公平的探悉和追求在于丰富教育公平观,提高理性能力,更好地服务于对教育公平的追求.教育公平,当代政治哲学的一项未竟的任务.

| Abstract: | Educational fairness is an ethical desire of education. About educational fairness, there are many helpful thoughts from contemporary political philosophy. Utilitarian fairness is to make utility maximal, liberal fairness is to ensure individual freedom on educational rights. Marxist fairness is to transcend educational fairness with the understanding social condition of production and exchange. Communitarian fairness is to ask for common good based on community. Established in different view,each of them gives a kind of educational fairness as well as a kind of injustice.These arguments are focused on how to recognize self-ownership or self-educating. The discussion on educational fairness is to enrich the views of educational fairness, to better our reason, to serve such pursuit of educational fairness. It is an unfinished task for contemporary political philosophy to hunt educational fairness. |
