| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设之所以成为党的建设的重中之重，是党在现实的历史方位中履行历史使命的现实需要，是科学总结党的执政经验得出的必然结论。是按照共产党执政规律办事的本质要求。只有抓紧抓实这个重中之重，才能全面推进中国特色社会主义的伟大事业。

It is the inevitable conclusion through executive experience. And it's the intrinsic request of the law persisted by the party. Only to hold this keypoint can we thoroughly promote our great course of socialism with Chinese characteristic. |
