| 摘 要： | 选取我国优秀女子跳远运动员作为研究对象,把倒二步着地至起跳作为研究范围,以三维录像解析和数理统计为主要研究方法,论证了影响助跑与起跳衔接技术的诸因素及其运动学意义上的因果关系。

| Abstract: | Taking the outstanding female long jump athletes as the research objects,and back two steps well-grounded to take off as the research scope,using three dimensional video analysis and mathematical statistic as the main research technique,the thesis proves various reasons that affect the link-up skills of running up with take-off and the causal relations in the kinetic significance. |
