| 摘 要： | STAD教学模式有助于培养学生的团队精神、强化学生的参与能力和提升学生的学习积极性。在高校"思政课"教学实践中嵌入STAD教学模式,就必须做好课堂教学阶段、小组组建和学习阶段、测验评价阶段以及小组认可阶段的引导工作,此外思政教师还应注意把握教学主题和教学对象的独特性,注重多元协同配合,并综合运用STAD教学模式,形成高校"思政课"的教学合力。
