| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了体育“三自”(自选内容、教师、时间 )教学模式的问题 ,通过查阅体育教学改革有关文献资料 ,开展调查、访谈和实验 ,研究体育“三自”教学模式的实施过程 ;探索体育教学改革的手段 ;提出在高校实施体育“三自”教学模式的必要性和具体实施方法 ;总结出实施体育“三自”教学模式的意义 ;得出可以施行体育“三自”教学模式的结论

| Abstract: | This article discusses the teaching style of "3 self-selections" (of contents, teachers and time) of Physical Education. By consulting related materials on P.E. reformation, conducting investigations and interviews, and making experiments, this article discusses the implementing procedure of "3 self_selections", explores measures taken to improve P.E. teaching, emphasizes the necessity and significance to carry out the teaching style of "3 self_selections" in colleges, and presents the feasibility of its implementation. |
