| 摘 要： | 陕甘宁边区先后办有20余所高等学校,在长期的办学实践中形成了一个新的、完整的、能够适应革命战争与边区建设需要的“干校教育模式”。该模式有其特定的办学宗旨和指导思想、课程内容、办学方式和管理体制等。这种“干部教育模式”对新中国高等教育的发展产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The new model of Cadre Education shaped to meet the needs of revolutionary war and constructing border region through running more than 20 institutions of higher learning in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. The basic contents contains mainly the idea of running school, curriculum content, the way of running school and administration and management system, etc. This kind of education influences the development of higher education after liberation in China. |
