| 摘 要： | 以教材培训为依托的教师培训模式吸收借鉴了多种教师培训模式的有效方法,在＂研训问题化,问题课题化,课题课程化＂的培训方略框架下,采用集中培训和校本研修相结合的形式,以教师需求为出发点,以促进教师专业发展为目标,探索了一条导、研、议、评、学的基本工作路径。

| Abstract: | Teacher training mode based on text book training absorbs the strengths of many kinds of teacher training mode.Under the strategic frame of "find questions during research and training,develop questions into research tasks,and develop tasks into courses." this mode employs both concentration training and school-based training.Based on teachers' requirement,this mode explores the training flow of instruction,research,discussion,evaluation and study aiming at promoting teachers' professional development. |
