| 摘 要： | 文章从歌唱时的呼吸、共鸣、发声、高音的训练、肌肉的紧张与放松、真假声的运用等等方面提出了如何做到歌唱中注意集中和注意分配的统一,如何做到由于注意的集中而产生的紧张性、巧妙地转移注意从而获得松驰性.
