| 摘 要： | 湖南是我国竹的主要产区之一，竹文化历史悠久。竹与湖南人的物质文明建、精神文明建设有密切联系。20世纪90年代在益阳兴办的竹文化节坚持两个文明建设一起抓，湖南竹文化建设推向新台阶，为世界的文明史谱写新篇章。

| Abstract: | Hunan,one of China's main producing areas of bamboo, has a long history of bamboo culture. Bamboo is closely related to the construction of material and spiritual civilization of Hunan. The Bamboo Cultural Festival held in Yiyang in the nineties of the 2oth century, emphasizing the equal importance of the construction of material and spiritual civilization, made a leap in the development of bamboo culture of Hunan and scored a new victory for the history of the world civilization. |
