| 摘 要： | 针对关于“三个有利于”标准的种种误解和疑问，围绕“三个有利于”是价值判断标准而非性质判断依据的中心论题展开，论述了邓小平同志为什么提出“三个有利于”标准，他如何科学地解决社会主义实践的价值判断标准，我们在理论和实践中应如何准确地理解、把握和运用“三个有利于”标准等三个问题。阐述邓小平同志关于“什么是社会主义”，“怎样建设社会主义”的一些基本思想观点。
